Its been a few weeks now since the last post but huge progress has been made!
A massive thanks to my team mates at Cherry Villa B&B as they had a very nice surprise waiting when I returned home the other day...
So with a list as long as my arm planned for the few days of work most was already ticked off! Unfortunately though the rest of the list didn't go to plan.
With the car at this stage it was very soon time for wiring however trying to get the wire was actually the biggest task of the build so far! Countless shops and nothing! So in the end we had to order it which sealed that no motor would be turning during this build session, however keep an eye out for the updates in a few weeks to see a moving motor...
A few things did get sorted though. The cockpit is now cut, bulkhead and impact foam fitted and steering linked up, so with just a small amount of work needed inside the car, the wire, as it has now arrived, will then be run and then the internal impact foam fitted. The lid can then be put on and then its clean up the body ready for painting!
So despite not personally getting much done, the car has still taken a huge step forward and one of the small things I did get done was the drive bracket, and I'm very happy with it!
